A:AnswerThe mount works but had to go to local hardwood store. Screws had to be cut cannot find the screws to mount it to the TV itself so I had to get some longer screws and just cut them to length that worked. Had the same problem with another 49 inch Samsung TV and a different brand mount the screws was the same problem.
A:AnswerHi The Misses,
Great question. The wall plate is flat so it will need to be attached to flat surface. Also, please note that this mount is not designed to be flush to the wall. It sits 3" from the wall when fully retracted.

A:AnswerYes, this can be mounted to a concrete wall/block. It does come with concrete anchors. It is easy to install with a concrete drill bit. If you are having someone else (geek squad) install this, they will have all the tools to do this on any surface.
A:AnswerI would opine yes: presuming you have at least 3.5 inches for the four bolts to hold the mount securely. You must be able to drill into a strength member. It's a nice mount, heavy,
A:AnswerI am not sure why the Sanus representative answer this incorrectly. I purchased this based on this answer, but this is only made for 16" studs. I am now trying to figure out how to securely mount this thing with 24" studs
