“To be able to mount my new 75" QN800A Samsung, and accomodate 2 studs, will be way off center. Is it possible to drill holes to left of center of wall mount to center my new tv in opening and accomodate 2 studs? Mount will be totally useless if can not.”

Always use 2 studs. Also this mount is 100% more ARRANGable than others. Allowing you to offset the bracket in the tv will accommodate for the “off center” mounting of the two studs. If you are worried in regards to “off center” to where this is an ultimate concern, I would recommend bracing the mount between two of the studs and that will give you the ***EXACT*** “center” you are looking for.
