- Answer This mount came with many options including mortar lag bolts. Drill into the mortar and insert the plug ( like a drywall screw) then mount as normal.

- Answer Hello Ken, We actually do not recommend installing any full motion mount onto metal studs. The swivel motion will destroy the stud. Take a look at our BLL2 or BLT tilt mount instead! Kathryn @SANUS

- Answer Hey Moda, From what I found doing some research. It says that you need M6 screws to mount this specific TV. It does not specify the what size, but this mount does come with M6x12mm and M6x35mm along with the needed washers and spacers if needed. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

QuestionMy studs are off-center. How far can the TV slide to the left of center? And can it stay flush to wall when sliding to left?

- Answer I just installed this bracket for my 75 inch Samsung QLED. I too have the same issue with my wall studs not being exactly centered on the wall. Mine were off by about 2 inches. To accommodate for this the bracket has several mounting holes where you can compensate for this. To answer your question directly, you can't slide the TV left or right once it's in its fully closed position. to compensate for the off center wall studs, you have two options: 1. The bracket that mounts to the wall has several mounting holes which allows you to select the holes that align with your wall studs even if they are off center. 2. Although you can't slide the TV with the bracket fully closed (flush to the wall), you can make a small adjustment to the bracket that goes on the back of the TV. In my case, the wall studs were only slightly off center but their position also just happened to line up with the spaces between the wall mount bracket not letting me mount it exactly center. To mount it directly centered, I offset the bracket on the back of the TV about 1/4 inch. I would advise centering as close as possible with the variability of the wall stud (solution 1) and then only using solution 2 to slightly perfect the centering. Caution: Ideally want the mount on the attached to back of the TV centered to keep it all balanced. I only adjusted mine slightly off center to compensate for perfect centering. Hope this helps!

QuestionI plan on mounting my television on the wall that has a thermostat and some light switches. Therefore, I will need to have it extended indefinitely or for long periods of time. How long can you leave the television in the extended position?

QuestionStuds are *about* 24" apart, what is the max width that this mount can accommodate? I'd prefer something that extends a little farther than 24" if possible, just in the event the studs are a little farther apart.

- Answer Hi Tom, Thanks for the question. The wallplates length is 33" but is max-width for drilling into studs is 24". It might allow a little bit more than 24" but it won't be much if it does as it is not made for studs larger than 24" apart. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
