“I plan on mounting my television on the wall that has a thermostat and some light switches. Therefore, I will need to have it extended indefinitely or for long periods of time. How long can you leave the television in the extended position?”

• Hi Marc, There is no time limit for the mount being extended. This mount is rated to hold up to 125 lbs. As long as your TV is under that weight limit and installed properly it should be able to be extended for long periods of time. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

• We have left ours extended for multiple days at a time and haven’t had an issue at all with that.
