“Paid $269 for this wall mount for a 65” tv and it takes nearly alL of my strength (And im a strong male ) to extend it out or push it back In. Is there a trick to loosen it up to extend and retract ? Cannot push or pull the tv or the glass will break.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jc, Thanks for the question. I would try to loosen the lower lag bolt about one turn. Sometimes when the mount is installed, the lag bolt holes are drilled to narrow, pinching the wall plate together when installed.
