Hey, I just had this issue resolved and maybe you've fixed the issue by now. Or maybe not. My TV was leaning towards the right whenever we pulled it out; Geek Squad came in, re-centered the TV in its fastenings (or whatever you call them) and tightened a few screws. Basically, it was loose in its fastenings and whenever it was pulled out in full motion mode, gravity took effect and it happened to lean to the right. I'm sorry that this might not be super helpful since I didn't do the job myself but maybe this might give you a few troubleshooting tips.
