I don't have that problem, yours may be defective. Mine works great, nice and smooth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes greasing the track could help this problem. Also does it feel like one side is stiffer than the other? If so another thing that could help is loosening the lower lag bolt on the stuck side one turn to to help relieve the compressions. Sometimes the lag bolts are drilled to narrow pinching the wall plate. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
