• Hey John, 1. Disconnect all cables from the TV. 2. Remove the cable holder and securement screw. 3. Pull down on the Release ring to release the TV. 4. Carefully lift the TV from the wall plate/arm assembly. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
