“Bought this and a new 43" OLED Samsung from local Best Buy. Heavy duty and easy to install. It's hard to pull the tv out from the wall and I am afraid of damaging the tv. I have to grab the mount and pull the slides together. Can slides be lubricated?”

Hey TBone, Yup you can grease up the tracks. Another thing is when these mounts are installed sometimes the the lag bolt holes are drilled to narrow, pinching the wall plate together when installed. Loosening the lag bolt about one turn on the side where it is hard to pull out and push back in might help relive the compression. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
