It’ll fit in any vehicle that has a vent basically.

I have purchased and used the Vent, Dash, Surface, Window, Power and Mat versions in different vehicles such as - BMW 740i, Toyota Prius, GMC Yukon XL, Chevrolet Malibu, Lexus ES, Chevrolet Bolt, Honda Civic and Jeep Renegade. The only vehicle that gave me an issue was the Jeep. I had an iPhone 6s Plus with an OtterBox Defender case. The phone was too large no matter how I used the Vent mount - or any other mount. I purchased the Magic Mount Dash, applied Krazy Glue to the mounting pad then pressed it on a nonporous hard plastic part of the dash between the air vents. I let it set for one day and used the mount with zero issues. It was permanently attached to the car but it worked exactly the way I wanted it to work. My iPhone or the Mount never fell when attached to the mount when the vehicle was in motion. I post this long response because your 500e seems to have the same issue as my Jeep, especially if you have a large screen phone. As an alternative to the Vent Mount, you may want to try the Dash Mount using Krazy Glue because the adhesive supplied with the mount is not strong enough. The spot between the temperature and fan speed displays in your 500e should be the ideal spot to affix the Dash Mount. I hope this helps you.
