“Purchased the service, but Best Buy(BB) no longer stocks(age iPhoneXSMax), a BB employee stated to contact Zagg, they will send me 3 protectors, take to BB Store where they would install it, afterwards I can return the unused & broken one. Is this true?”

No they decided to change their policy and charge to install. Even charged after they did last install wrong
