• Yes this drive will work for your Lenovo. Geek squad can install it for you for about $159 the last time I checked. They will transfer all your old data and OS to it as well. Hope this answered your question, good luck!!!

• I would think they could, but it will probably cost a decent amount of money to do a very easy job....make sure new drive is formatted....backup your computer....turn off computer....open back cover...you will see the drive right there being held in place by a couple screws and a cable that plugs in...then start up computer and restore from your backup.....voila
