• The hard drive can only be used with the the Xbox One or the Xbox 360.

• I highly doubt it. The Xbox one will most likely format the whole drive only.

• I'm pretty sure you can save xbox 360 and xbox one games on it at the same time. Not sure if that's the answer you were looking for.
