“Am I correct in assuming the "Advanced Odor Lock" refers to a carbon layer in the filter that traps gases? How many pounds of carbon is in each filter?”

• The carbon isn't in chunks like aquarium carbon. Its minute particles. Very light weight.

• It’s a carbon sponge. It’s not filtering water

• Most all machines use charcoal air filters for odors. Only the most expensive brands use electronic air cleaning which I personally don’t care for.
