I would check to see if you some undetected pollution source. Ours works just great & keeps our air clean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your humidity levels are constantly higher than the air purifier will pick that up and always run at its highest setting. I would say the purifier is picking up particles in the air. Doesn't mean bad air quality though.
