• It is way too heavy if you have back issues as I do. It has aggravated mine and the balance of the vacuum makes it even more difficult to use it.

• I also have back issues. I've had my back infused and still have the pain. This vacuum doesn't cause any pain to my back, even when I carry it upstairs to use it on the carpet.
