A:AnswerThere are three levels (Hard floor, Low carpet, & High carpet). The vacuum has a pretty powerful rotor system that will move a large pile and has picked up everything I've thrown at it. The selection for the floors reduces the spin speed so you wont be ripping carpet apart. The suction power is impressive.
A:AnswerThey sneakily changed the pet tool too a cheaper less effective air driven model that doesn’t store on the vacuum where indicated. You can by the correct model for around $50 from shark.
A:AnswerYes, washable filters (also replaceable) with an enclosed filtering system so the junk stays IN the canister and doesn't escape to you and your surroundings.

A:Answerif the motor is running and it’s not picking up any dirt you either have a clog in the hose or a hole somewhere. they are very easy to disassemble and take a peek I wouldn’t pay for expensive repairs unless the motor isn’t turning on, and even then I would contact shark to see if they can help you as they come with a warranty

A:AnswerWe would like to let you know that the height of the floor nozzle is approximately 3 inches. You can get under the edge of furniture with this vacuum, however how far would depend on how high the furniture is from the floor.
A:AnswerThe wand is way too short. This vacuum falls over when using the wand. Use the extension wand with the tank extracted and you either need to drag the tank because the wand is too short or constantly hold thec8 pound tank in your other hand.
