- Answer Nope, not in my opinion. I bought one to use as a clean up vac for small messes in my house and to vacuum the floor of my truck. It was absolutely worthless in my truck. The attachments were pointless and designed simply as an afterthought.

- Answer I don't know the exact decibel level but, it is definitely a quiet machine. My smaller Dyson is way louder. So is our roomba. This is probably the quietest handheld I've ever used. In fact, it's so quiet that it doesn't feel like there's enough suction, but there is!

- Answer Yes it does and I love this fact as it cleans the dogs hairs from it well. I hold the rug with me feet while I run the vacuum over, very easy and that way I prevent the rug from becoming entangled. I use it on thin or thick rugs. Be extra careful on rugs that have ornaments.
