To access the HEPA filter, press the Dust Cup Empty button to open the dust cup, then press the release button and slide the dust cup off the hand vacuum. Next, press the filter release button and gently remove the HEPA filter. After rinsing and allowing the filter to air-dry completely, slide it back into the hand vacuum.
