The battery might not be charging anymore. I’m not sure if you can replace the Shark rechargeable battery, but for my money, I would just get a new fancier, updated robot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the carpet is too thick it will get stuck but I always put up everything off the floor so it has a clear run. Also, check the trap, I noticed that when it’s full it doesn’t want to work well and will return itself to the dock.
