Does this model "see" black furniture? All my furniture is black and my Roomba cannot see it. It bumps into all of it without even slowing down. null

I am pleased to report that Shark customer service knows how to write pleasing sentences. 
I am sad to report that Shark Customer Service is actually a AI robot and hasn't been programmed to answer direct questions from customers.
I am confused to report that Shark Customer Service will simply looks for keywords in the customer's question and look for matching keywords in their user manual and cut and paste a redundant sentence from the user manual in the "answer box" if their is one keyword match between the "question" and the verbiage in the user manual.
