It doesn't. Got a new bathroom runner that's kinda plush, maybe 1 inch. On the daily, I get home from work and have to pick the robot vacuum up off of that runner and put it back on the dock because it's been sitting there discharging all day long. Thankfully, it's about as far away from the dock as you can possibly get, so it's the last stop the robot would make anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We would like to inform you that this robot works great on most flooring types. It may struggle with some high pile carpets. If it does, you can use the included BotBoundary™ Strips to block of the area. With this being said, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the flooring to verify compatibility.
