“I just got this vacuum and as soon as I use it on the carpet, the rollers stop spinning and the red light turns on. Nothing is clogged or anything as I just took it out of the box. Doesn’t work on carpet at all. Any advice before I return this??”

• I JUST got mine and used it for the first time today and had the exact same problem! I am really disappointed and can’t seem to find a solution.

• The suction on the vachum is to strong and is pulling in the carpet make sure u have it on carpet mode and on low power mode. I tried this on mine and it worked
