“Seems like a stupid question, but how will I know when the battery needs replacing? I'm thinking the battery does need to be replaced because the unit doesn't seem to be running as long as when I first got it.”

DocStudent, Thanks for asking. The Shark - Navigator Freestyle Vacuum will just not be able to hold a full charge, which could be an indication that the battery would require replacing. Best Regards, Customer Support Team
