This would be perfect - heavy duty cleaning and light weight for transporting around. You won't be disappointed.

I personally think this would be a good choice for you. It sounds like your business requires you to travel to different locations for cleaning. You will have the added bonus of how lightweight this is when transporting to and from different worksites. But you will still get the suction and strong cleaning that you would from a heavier vacuum or a more expensive vacuum.
