A:AnswerI have tile, hardwood and carpet flooring in my home. This vacuum does a great job on all three. The vacuum detaches in to a canister and has attachments that make vacuuming under beds and furniture easy.
A:AnswerYes and No. The dusting brush and crevice tool are stored on the vacuum. The pet TurboBrush and the extension arm to reach high and under appliance can not attach to it.
A:AnswerYou wrap it around the two prongs sticking out. There is another notch to hook the cord as your wrapping or if you need it up while you're using attachments.
A:AnswerShark is wonderful about warranty stuff. I highly recommend them. I also have another Shark vacuum and have had to replace several parts. They always ship it right away and I only pay for shipping.
A:AnswerYes! Use a soft cloth, gentle dish soap and air dry. Like you I washed the filters. Personally, I am very pleased with this vacuum in the way it cleans and how easy it is to maintain.
A:AnswerContains 3 Filters:
1 - Pre-Motor Foam Filter (requires rinse and air dry every 3 mos. under normal use)
1 - Pre-Motor Felt Filter (requires rinse and air dry every 3 mos. under normal use)
1 - Post-Motor HEPA Filter (clean once every 2 years or as needed)
A:AnswerIf you have the rollers turned on, all it does is spit everything out behind the vacuum. If you turn it on but keep the rollers off, it works okay. I wish there was a way to change the rollers!
