I'm 5'6" and I have to bend or really stretch the hose to reach the corners. I wish the hose were longer so I could reach the ceiling without having to hold the vacuum base up so high. The hose will stretch, but it's tight.

Once you step on the vacuum head and pull the handle back, it drops down to your height. Standing upright, it is tall.

yes - I have used this vac several times, with the attachments to clean under the bed, and up around the ceiling corners, no problem

Yes. The handle has two sections that come apart and you can either use it very small, or you can use a long extension handle, it’s all self-contained in the bed vacuum. It works amazingly, and I have used it for many different areas, and I always add to my carpet every time I back. Works very well
