“Why won't the brushes work on the vacuum I cleaned all the stuff off of them and they will not go around”

• This is because this model is made of plastic and poorly designed. You need to buy higher end Shark to avoid those problems!

• Make sure the vacuum is in the tilted position. If it is in the vertical position the brushes don't work. Make sure the light next to the brushes is green. If it is blinking or red, the brushes are stuck and you need to clean them. I hope this helps.
