Can you wash out the canister that catches the dirt? null

We've put this vaccum to use! My father in law cleaned it twice now and I believe he just emptied out he canister and wiiped it down inside and out, I think that's sufficient , but the manual should say if it's rinsable or dish washer safe. Hope thug helps!

Yes it is detachable and hard filter attached. Soft filter below canister can be removed and washed as well for outstanding performance and suction every use.
