• I use the Logitech Harmony 650 remote with this TV and Comcast X1 cable box.

• You need to use both. The Roku to turn the TV on/off, adjust the volume and link up to streaming programming. The Comcast controller to connect/disconnect from cable programming, use the cable guide and most importantly, to change channels.
