“After I set the TV up on the stands provided, there seems to be a slant forward. Is the TV supposed to be leaning forward like its going to fall? I tested it and it doesnt seem to be in danger of falling just makes me really uneasy”

I did not have this problem with my TV. Is it possible you might have installed the legs backwards or not put them in all the way? Mine stands up perfectly straight with the stands. Best of luck!
