QuestionI am aware Sharp was sold to Hisense--I have a46" Sharp LCD --Can I expect the same quality of performance in this 55" LED as I have enjoyed in this 46 for 8 Yrs? I am Aware Hisense is not one of the most wonderful Brand names coming out of China .

- Answer Hello Sam, The LC-55LB481U is not made by Hisense. Therefore, the quality should be the same or better.

- Answer Hi Mel! We already own a Ruko TV. There is no Ruko Service, per say. Ruko is a unit that provides on line streaming with a one time purchase, no ongoing fees. You do need internet, where you set up an account. Having said all this Ruko TV has Ruko built in it, with one remote. Also there's an app that becomes a remote.

QuestionI've had TV since 12/25/16 and it's worked fine up until today. The picture has turned green and I cannot adjust the TV to fix this. Is this a common issue?

- Answer If you are using component cables from your cable box to your TV make sure all the cables are plugged in on the box and the back of the TV.

QuestionNo problems with this TV, until the back light went out today. Talked to a geek squad member & he told me to just buy a new tv after I asked how to fix it. Was just wondering if I could replace it. Tv turns on and there’s audio but the screen stays black

- Answer I just got off the phone with Sharp and Insignia who informed me they don’t even carry or make the part to replace the black screen. The part number is 206092. I was told that even one bad led out of the 50 will cause the screen to turn black, but that nobody can repair it bc there is no part. They told me to throw it away and buy another tv. I’m very let down considering I bought 4 of these TVs for my business. Had I known that Best Buy would carry an unrepairable piece of garbage like this, I would not have purchased these.

QuestionWhat wattage is each speaker on this tv? Is the sound good?

- Answer Not sure what the wattage is but can tell you that with volume on 10-12 and sitting about 15 feet away I can hear it just fine while I have to crank my Vizio up to 40+ to hear it good from a slightly shorter distance. Have had it for a few weeks and have been very happy with it as Wi-Fi has also worked much better than my BluRay.

QuestionHow do I hook up surround sound system to the TV

- Answer We hooked up ours using ARC1 (HDMI 1 port) on back of TV. On the soundbar there should be an HDMI to TV connection. Additional a soundbar may have a specific setting to send a signal to the TV to auto recognize the device, consult your user manual of the soundbar or search online references. We did have some difficulty but it was because of the soundbar itself. We used the soundbar remote to setup the ARC feature and everything connected. The TV will auto recognize a soundbar on ARC1 and can been seen in the TV setup menu.
