Not sure what the wattage is but can tell you that with volume on 10-12 and sitting about 15 feet away I can hear it just fine while I have to crank my Vizio up to 40+ to hear it good from a slightly shorter distance. Have had it for a few weeks and have been very happy with it as Wi-Fi has also worked much better than my BluRay.
