Awesome TV from Sharp!!
Posted .I saw the reviews of lower size models from Sharp and decided to buy this 55'' inch model. Had it for $249 in the 2016 doorbuster sale!!. The package is very solid and well protected to avoid damages during transport. The unit is little bit heavy (due to its size I believe). Once its out of the box and connected, the setup is very easy. The picture quality is crystal clear! (This TV is better than my previous Samsung smart TV series 6) The built in Roku is fast and easy to use. we can configure the custom picture settings for each HDMI ports. Though the TV is 60HZ, I didn't notice any difference during movie play / game play. The Sound quality is pretty decent and meet my needs. Overall this is a Steal deal for this price and the product quality!! PS: I saw a review comment being entered in Bestbuy site even before the TV got released to public. (I thought it could be a fake one and didn't trusted it)

Love this TV
|Posted .This TV is fantastic for the price. Is it a high end $2,000 TV? No. Is it an awesome Tv for under $350 yes! Roku is awesome feature built right in. Picture is great for my needs of watching movies and TV. Amazone fire tv looks great through this tv. Don't hesitate just get it. It's $300ish bucks you can't beat it at the price point

Great!
|Posted .Competitive price. Terrific picture. ROKU integration is a plus. But I can't figure out how my Samsung cable box can control the TV volume. It's probably the cable box, not the TV.

Black Friday deal, Love it! Worth every cent!
Posted .I got this TV as a door buster Black Friday deal at Best Buy. My wife and I are big Roku fans, and are totally enjoying the TV's Roku ecosystem. The picture is sharp, and you can stream pictures, videos, and music media right from your phone to the TV without any extra setup or download. I also love how I can use my cell phone with the Roku remote to watch and access the TV. The sound is decent, but we also have a sound bar when need be, but the speakers are great for everyday TV usage. I thoroughly recommend this product, and would even have been happy with my purchase if this was at the full asking price. Five stars all around!

Good picture when it finally turns on
Posted .Bought on Black Friday at Best Buy. Easy set up. Good picture. Not able to connect to WiFi, Internet provider problem based on Error 014.12 per Sharp customer service. When pressing power on the remote to the TV or dish sometimes won't turn TV on. After unplugging the cord a couple of times, so far the TV screen has turnen on. The power button on the back of the TV has not turned on or off the TV. Will be contacting Sharp on problem.

Q: QuestionHello, do you have to have Roku Service for this tv?
Asked by Mel.
- A:Answer Hi Mel! We already own a Ruko TV. There is no Ruko Service, per say. Ruko is a unit that provides on line streaming with a one time purchase, no ongoing fees. You do need internet, where you set up an account. Having said all this Ruko TV has Ruko built in it, with one remote. Also there's an app that becomes a remote.

Q: QuestionNo problems with this TV, until the back light went out today. Talked to a geek squad member & he told me to just buy a new tv after I asked how to fix it. Was just wondering if I could replace it. Tv turns on and there’s audio but the screen stays black
Asked by BACKLIGHT.
- A:Answer I just got off the phone with Sharp and Insignia who informed me they don’t even carry or make the part to replace the black screen. The part number is 206092. I was told that even one bad led out of the 50 will cause the screen to turn black, but that nobody can repair it bc there is no part. They told me to throw it away and buy another tv. I’m very let down considering I bought 4 of these TVs for my business. Had I known that Best Buy would carry an unrepairable piece of garbage like this, I would not have purchased these.
