• Hello Sam, The LC-55LB481U is not made by Hisense. Therefore, the quality should be the same or better.

• I bought this TV in 2015 and was so satisfied that I have bought 2 more (55" & 40"). Till now, I am very satisfied and the picture quality is amazing.

• No you cannot expect it to be a good product. Mine lasted 2 years and the part is not available to fix it. It’s a waste of money.
