QuestionWe bought this TV Approx. 7 mos ago. The volume was very loud when we turned in on tonight, and we cannot get the volume to go lower. We have tried adjusting the audio settings. It does not matter if watching cable, using Roku etc., or volume is same

QuestionTo those who own the TV, is there any way to change the startup screen when booting it up? For example, instead of the home screen showing up, it can be my cable box or game console. Thank you!

- Answer You can get just about anything but local channels but you can get a decent antenna and get local channels. We have not had cable for about a year and get by with directv now, Hulu, amazon prime, hbo now, etc and an antenna during football season lol

- Answer Yes, if you choose to use Roku service. If you already subscribe to Hulu,Netflicks, Amazon, ESPN, ect you can log in through the Roku streaming device and enjoy your channels.

- Answer Since it is built ONLY for Best Buy....no longer available...I'll sell you mine....but I think why Best Buy is no longer selling it is because they have issues with locking up and powering down anytime they want.

- Answer download the roku remote on your phone or tablet. this will change channels,volume, etc. it will be all u need and wont get lost. also great for changing the channel on your kids! lol
