- Answer I have also had this problem. Sharpe blamed it on my ISP but too many people are having this problem. I keep having to change my Wi-Fi channels but sometimes it won't connect for days. Everything else in my house connects to my Wi-Fi perfectly fine. I read that and Ethernet usb adapter will work. I haven't tried that yet. Let me know if you find something.

- Answer u could donate your 32inch. As far as I know they do not do home delivery. Your television is delivered UPS or Fed-Ex. The tv is very easy to set up and it walks you through every step of it! This television is self programming and very simple to se up!
