We experienced this issue with out tv and after troubleshooting it for several days, I gave up and contacted Aquos. I explained to the technician what the problem was and what I had already done. She walked me through a hard factory reset and it solved the problem. It's been 3 weeks and we no longer have the problem. FYI: The hard factory reset she had me do is different than the one described in the manual.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought this TV four weeks ago. It is Constantly shutting itself OFF. Every hour or so, a message appears, telling me to click YES. Neither My Sharp remote nor my Direct TV remote has a Yes button, so I have to manually shut it off and then on again. There is nothing in my paperwork that helps me at all. I did NOT purchase the TV at Best Buy (I wish I had). Walmart just tells me to contact the manufacturer. It's a nightmare!

They informed us that there is a sleep timer that is set to manufacturer default settings that causes it to appear that it has issues, when in reality you need to go into settings and shut the timer off. The TV works great, we've had no issues since realizing this and adjusting the timer.
