QuestionHow do you know if MY Tv is in HDR my previous Sharp 65' was amazing and would let you know in the corner of the TV, which made me get another one. But Tv does not let you know How can I set this so I know its in HDR ? new Sharp 70'tv model#4T-C70BK2UD?

QuestionHDR streaming content looks dark and over-saturated from the android tv apps like Amazon prime and Disney plus. Is there any way to disable HDR? Also, will an actual manual for the TV ever be made available online?

- Answer The answer from the Sharp Advisor is not correct. There is no option to turn HDR under the picture settings. For example, the disney plus app plays video in 4k, HDR, but there is no way to turn off the HDR, so the picture is terrible. The only solution I have found is using an external 1080 smart device like roku. You lose the 4k, but at least the colors are better.

- Answer I researched the answer for you. The main board appears to have a codename of "guro" which is (or is similar to) an Mstar MSD6886. It has four Cortex-A55 CPU cores operating between 1.1 and 1.4GHz (clock rate scaled up/down to meet demand). It has 1.5gb of RAM, I didn't capture the ROM size. It reported a little over 4gb of filesystem space, but after loading a number of apps, I have 1gb still available. I didn't capture how much free storage space was available out of the box. It supports armeabi and armeabi-v7a applications. The GPU is a Mali-470 MP. As of this date, it is running Android 9 and they appear to be pushing out security patches. It's no high-performance system, but the capabilities appear to be appropriate for this price level. I hope this information helps you (or another potential buyer).
