How long is the power cord? null

I'm confused why the manufacturer, Sharp, answered that the cord was 3.5ft. I just received my order of the microwave and it is not 3.5ft. It is 31 inches or 34 inches if you count until the very edge of the power prong. I needed a 3.5ft cord and bought it based on Sharp's answer. Disappointed they don't know their own product.

Hello Gracer, the power cord is 3.5ft.

Maybe 16-20 inches. Very thick, not very flexible.
