We’ve had this microwave for a few weeks now. It heats much more evenly than our last, is very quiet unlike what some of the reviews say. I do find it odd that the light only comes on when something is cooking and not when the door opens but this wasn’t enough to deter me from buying it. It’s obviously a very high quality, mid sized microwave. I would buy it again.

Love the size,mich lighter than my previous magic Chef of the same power. Bright blue buttons, nice look overall.... But man the biggest con of this microwave is the lack of light inside. That's ridiculous. It's really hard to see at night.

The Sharp Carousel mid sized 1.1 Microwave is an affordable and excellent product. It heats foods evenly and fast and is easy to use/program, offering many other choices. This product in black/stainless steel is an attractive addition to any kitchen and fits neatly on a countertop. I highly recommend it.

Just purchased this Sharp Carousel (1.1 Cu. Ft.) Microwave to replace an old Panasonic unit that failed (in May 2020). I selected this new Sharp product because it fit the dimensions I needed (installed in a built-in cabinet) and seemed to offer the best size, power, and features for the price. So far, I was right, this was a good decision. The product was well-packaged (for safe shipping), easy to unpack and set up, simple to use (control panel is intuitive) and is working / cooking food just as I had hoped. Also, the unit looks good . . . brushed stainless steel with black accents. At this size, feature set and price point, I would recommend.

Very good microwave, easy to use heats well and spacious enough for large plates. Reasonable price.

I don't know if you all know, but Sharp was the innovator of the Microwave and supplies most of the other manufacturers with their microwave parts, so I always tend to buy a Sharp. The Sharp 1.1 mid-sized Carousel which is stainless steel, is basic with key features for defrost, baked potato, popcorn, has a light inside, and a beeper when things are done. So, nothing super special, but it does a great job of cooking, the carousel turns properly, the door is easy to open and shut. It's simply a breeze to use, as well as set up, you don't have to be a genius.

We like this compact microwave. We’ve had the previous model for more than 10 years. So we ordered an new model since the old one started making some strange noises. However unfortunately the carousel came all broken in the package. Thankfully the older microwave’s carousel fit... we don’t want to return it in these COVID19 days! I’d like to see if I can get the proper carousel somehow...

Me and my husband recently purchased a home. So we had to purchase all of our appliances. We wanted quality but at the same time we didnt want to spend a whole lot of money. Best Buy have open box items and we were blessed to find items right of the floor. This microwave does exactly what I need it to do. Heat up within seconds. I love it touch and go.

This purchase replaced another Sharp microwave that we had for about 13 years. It is smaller than what we had but holds a dinner plate and the small casserole dishes we use. The only thing I don’t like, and the reason for 4 stars, is that there isn’t a light on when you open the door. The light is on during cooking but is off when the door is open. So, when cleaning it, you need a light from some other source to see inside. Works well, have had to learn to adjust cook times as it is not as powerful as our last one but it was our decision to go for a smaller unit due to size of kitchen. Wanted the Sharp as we had Sharp in the past and have other appliances by them and have been very happy with those purchases.

I love my purchase of the Sharp Microwave. It has been working well for me and i love that once you put in the mins you dont need to press start. Its quite and doesn't make a loud stop. Definitely recommend it.

After using this appliance for about a month, I would recommend it. The only shortcoming is that when you open and close the door, there is no light. The light is on only when cooking. It has a lot of power. Food heats up very quickly. If you can get past the door darkness, your golden.

I like the microwave. It works well for what I use it for. I reheat leftovers and cook tv dinners so I dont have to use my conventional oven so much. The only drawback I have is there is no light inside.

I am pleased with this microwave because it is easy to use and fairly lightweight. It fits on a microwave cart or can be placed on a counter. The price was reasonable.

I was shopping for a new microwave oven and the one I have for four years is slowing down. I hate to replace ti since been using for several years. Went to Best Buy and browse around. Saw this one and the panel you can easily read it. Bought it and take it home , plug it and change the time clock. So easy to correct the time and the panel is so clear. I am so please that this is so easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Great overall microwave, love the stainless finish, easy to use, but the main reason I bought it is because the push button to open the door is so smooth and easy to use, I highly recommend it for the elderly!

Perfect for our needs. Excellent size, fits great on the counter next to our fridge. I only wish it had a flat outlet plug so that I could slide the fridge back an extra inch when plugged in, but if that's not an issue you're good to go! Also has some great functions like delayed cooking start and added hold time.

Is very quiet in heat up in minutes,also speed dial just touch a number to heat

Perfect size. Perfect fit. I haven't purchased a product made by Sharp in many years. I'm impressed by the workmanship and quality of materials. Solid feel.Easy cleanup. Because my counter has a lip at the edge having the legs on this microwave was perfect, the door easily clears the edge of my counter. I would recommend.

Good for the size. Works well. Price is reasonable.
