QuestionIs there a film covering the digital key board? Can’t tell but noticeable fingerprints when using. Any ideas?

- Answer You can try a hard reset on it by pulling the plug and letting it sit for about a minute before plugging it back in. Sometimes that will work but If it was working correctly for 3 months and is suddenly acting up it's possible that you had a power surge. You might need to use the manufacturer warranty. Usually even if you sign up the same day, you can get in touch with the manufacturer as soon as it is in their system. They can help you beyond that.

QuestionIs there a way to dim the display brightness? I'm talking about the digital numbers on the front of the microwave. They are really bright! Thanks!

- Answer No way to adjust the brightness, unless you remove the display board, and cut a trace and solder in a resistor. Only a professional repair person should do this. You can cover it with a piece of window tint, but that looks tacky around the edges.

QuestionCan I set cooking time to seconds not minutes? On my old Sharp microwave if I hit 33 it cooks for 33 seconds. Many times I heat something for less than a minute. The +30 second option is not helpful for me. Thank you.

QuestionIs there a way to disable the "Express Cook"? 90% of the time I want to time cook. If there's no way to disable, I have to hit an extra button ("Time Cook") 90% of the time.
