“Is there a way to dim the display brightness? I'm talking about the digital numbers on the front of the microwave. They are really bright! Thanks!”

• No way to adjust the brightness, unless you remove the display board, and cut a trace and solder in a resistor. Only a professional repair person should do this. You can cover it with a piece of window tint, but that looks tacky around the edges.

• What I did was I cut out a square from the disposable shade glasses you get from the eye doctor, then I cut a strip from the blue tape that that you peel off from around the front border of the microwave and wrapped it around the shade glass so it is on both sides and then taped that across the display light. It gives soft blue light
