“Is there a film covering the digital key board? Can’t tell but noticeable fingerprints when using. Any ideas?”

• There was a film covering over the entire thing except the back. Really hard to get off

• Hello Ed, Please be advised that the unit does come with a protective film covering the keypad. You have the option of removing this by using a strip paper tape to assist in removing the film. If further clarifications are needed please contact us at [email protected] so we may advise you.
