- Answer Hello Kalani-Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. - Answer You can get them online and at other stores. The Best Buy App and Internet address have a place where you can find where the best place to get them would be. You can also go in, order them, use your certificates while ordering and have them shipped to the store or to your door.

QuestionAre there any plans of making one smaller then the "mini"? Standard was huge, returned for the mini which is better but still has to much band in the back. Product works amazing just wish it was even smaller/snugger.

- Answer Hey there! Depending on how Aeropex Mini fits your head, the headband should not move too much as you enjoy your HIIT workouts. The ear loops should fit snugly over your ears, therefore, reducing the amount of movability when jumping up and down, etc.

- Answer Hey Mark! We believe that safety and situational awareness comes from being able to hear our surroundings, therefore, all AfterShokz, including Aeropex has an open-ear design. Ambient noises can still be heard while wearing our headphones due to this design. However, we do include earplugs in the box for times when you want to block out environmental/ ambient noise depending on your preference and situation.

- Answer Hi there- Shokz here! To pair your OpenRun Mini with your iPhone: 1. Start with OpenRun turned off. 2. Press and hold the Volume + Button until the LED Indicator flashes red and blue alternately. 3.Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select " OpenRun by Shokz." Audrey will say "connected."
