You should be able to if you get s decent signal on the
T-Mobile cellular network.

Technically yes, but I wouldn't recommend it for a few reasons.
1. The network speed isn't that fast and you won't get a smooth consistent playback on your devices. Great for general internet surfing. But if you're looking for FHD or UHD content, it won't be that fast. 
2. Netflix, Hulu etc, can eat up all of your data fairly quickly. I believe these devices don't have unlimited data. Depending on how many devices you have, you can chew up a good chunk of your data in a week. 

I bought this as a quick back up to my internet, because Spectrum was down for a few days. With two adults working from home and 3 kids using their devices, we easily consumed 5 gigs of data in a day.
