I bought this device several weeks ago. I have not gotten it to activate yet. I have exceeded the return period for BestBuy or I would have returned it. Apparently the unit I purchased off the shelf had an unusable SIM card in it. I was told by Tech Support to purchase another one which was also unusable in my area. I was told to purchase another one and again it has not been usable to this point. I am very frustrated with this device and the terrible technical resolution support I have gotten up until now.
