Without an active security plan in place with them the alarm is simply going to be triggered and that’s all. Police will only be dispatched with membership. Once the alarm is triggered you get a text notification then a call from their dispatch center notifying you that the police have been alerted and dispatched. If you have a camera they use footage of that to verify for the police that there is an intruder etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can get there camera that will verify the intruder. It is only triggered when the alarm goes off. SimpliSafe then looks at camera and calls police if they see someone in your house. The city I live in has the same policy. Hope this helps
