“Can the system be remotely monitored and controlled in Canada.? I tried ordering and was told by a USA Rep that it can't be done in canada”

I would think you could to a certain extent. The base has its own “network” and runs on wifi. So technically I would assume as long as it stays connect it should work. The app on your phone would work to view alerts and if you installed a camera as part of the system you’d be able to log on the app and check camera feed.
