I’ve had this system over a year and never had to change the keypad.  If you are referring to the key fob I hardly use it but never had to replace that either

It sounds like your Keypad is seeing some extreme interference that is rapidly draining those batteries. Please give us a call at 800-548-9508 to troubleshoot.
